What's included

• Weekday Events (Monday through Thursday, Sunday day until 3pm): exclusive use of the space for 6 hours

• Weekend Events (Friday & Saturday, Sunday night): exclusive use of the space for 10 hours

• On Site Manager available to answer questions and watch property throughout the duration of the event

• For those having weddings at the property, one hour for rehearsal during the day prior to the event date where time is available

• The actual time of the rehearsal will be determined by the on-site manager and dependent upon that day’s events

• Indoor ceremony & reception space 

• Bridal Suite/Green Room

• Prep kitchen 

• A/V system, including a 123” motorized projection screen, BassBoss speaker system and wireless microphone system
